If your are having low back pain, do not do sit-ups, Do this simple exercise!
Do this ab toning exercise 2x a day & tomorrow you may feel like your did 50 serious sit-ups!
- While standing, Just Lightly firm up your core/abs.
- Take a deep breath & push it all the way out!
- Repeat 10-12 times, Not using any more effort than Lightly firming up your core.
- With each breath, your core will cinch up tighter! Toning up & recruiting your entire core!
