Tone Your Abs w/o Sit-Ups

If your are having low back pain, do not do sit-ups, Do this simple exercise!

Do this ab toning exercise 2x a day & tomorrow you may feel like your did 50 serious sit-ups!

  • While standing, Just Lightly firm up your core/abs.
  • Take a deep breath & push it all the way out!
  • Repeat 10-12 times, Not using any more effort than Lightly firming up your core.
  • With each breath, your core will cinch up tighter! Toning up & recruiting your entire core!
                  (as always if any exercise causes pain, stop & consult your chiropractor.)
